Livingston Terrace
Well connected and affordable seniors’ housing.
A non-profit seniors community made possible by the National Housing Strategy’s Rapid Housing Initiative.
Livingston Terrace is a comprehensive development vision for a 4 acre site. In collaboration with City of Calgary Affordable Housing Team, this proposal provides the phased development of 105 new non-market independent seniors homes with monthly rental rates capped at 30% of income. Future residents will have easy access to parks, pathways, community programming and recreation facilities at the Livingston Hub, and transit options including an on-demand route that connects to the #301 BRT.
The Livingston Terrace affordable senior housing is made possible by National Housing Strategy’s Rapid Housing 2.0 Initiative. The comprehensive development vision for this site allows Silvera to leverage future multi-residential development opportunities elsewhere on the site through private partnerships to financially support the operating and capital costs of their non-profit senior communities.
