Paul has more than five years of experience across a broad spectrum of public and private industry sectors in both the US and Canada including planning and commercial real estate development. Pairing his robust planning knowledge with strong foundations in data science allows Paul to analyze complex urban systems to deliver considered advice to clients and coworkers alike.

As an avid movie fan, Paul has never found himself in a situation without an applicable film quote. To blow off steam, he enjoys playing recreational hockey, barbecuing – rain, shine, or snow – or casually biking around his neighbourhood finding new pathways to explore.
