Silvera at Glamorgan is a comprehensive development vision for an 18 acre site, previously home to just one seniors community, Westview Residences. In collaboration with City of Calgary Affordable Housing Team, this proposal provides the phased development of a mix of 600 new market and affordable seniors homes.
The seniors community includes both independent and supportive living options, offering a continuum of care and allowing seniors to stay within their community as their needs change. The comprehensive development vision for this site allows Silvera to leverage multi-residential development opportunities elsewhere on the site through private partnerships to financially support the operating and capital costs of their non-profit senior communities.
