Trail19 is a six-storey, street-oriented mixed-use development situated along the Edmonton Trail NE Main Street within the community of Tuxedo Park.

The development is ideally located to activate an existing neighbourhood commercial node at 20 AV NE. Both a MAX Orange Bus Rapid Transit station and a future Green Line LRT station are less than a ten minute walk from the site, enabling Trail19 to deliver on city-wide transit-oriented-development goals, maximizing transit patronage and allowing residents to safely and conveniently access employment opportunities, amenities and services across the city by transit, or locally by foot or bicycle.

The building forms a sensitive transition between the more active Main Street and the neighbouring residential area west of the site by stepping down its height and placing finer-grain live-work units along 19 AV NE.

The project team worked closely with The City of Calgary to enhance Trail19's Main Street frontage, with active locally-serving commercial-retail units, an extensive widening of the public realm, and quality landscaping within the public road right-of-way.
