Situated only a block from two City of Calgary Main Streets, 14 ST SW and 17 AV SW, 19/14 Bankview acts as a transitional mid-rise development between a vibrant commercial streetscape and a tight-knit residential community.
19/14 Bankview helps The City achieve its strategic goals for more compact growth and assumes the form of a new neighbourhood destination, introducing live-work opportunities, public realm enhancements, and a new corner cafe.
As part of a commitment to investing in Calgary's inner-city communities, the development of 19/14 Bankview includes a voluntary developer-funded investment in Bankview's public realm. The project team worked with the City of Calgary to envision the transformation of an under-utilized and under-loved park into a people-friendly place for neighbours and future residents to enjoy.
