Peaks + Plains introduces twenty modern & innovative townhomes to the inner-city community of Altadore, across from cherished neighbourhood destinations like Monogram Coffee, and steps from Calgary’s river pathways.
This unique project seizes a vital opportunity to contribute to the evolving character of Calgary’s established areas and foster complete, resilient and vibrant communities that welcome a diversity of Calgarians.
Featuring an interior courtyard and two distinct expressions of form, the architectural design of Peaks & Plains draws inspiration from Alberta’s wide-open prairies, big sky and Rocky Mountains.
Through a commitment to working with stakeholders and maintaining an open dialogue, the project team incorporated several key areas of community feedback heard during the planning stages of previous development proposals and throughout the development approvals process.
