Life introduces new and much needed rental housing to the eclectic and evolving inner-city community of South Calgary.

Featuring five-storeys and integrated bike and car-share facilities for residents, this unique lifestyle building offers a neighbourhood-focused subscription model, with short and long-term rentals and access to goods and services from partnered local businesses included in a simple monthly fee.

The innovative architectural approach to residential design seeks to create light-filled, livable spaces. Units have up to three exterior walls and also benefit from integrated light wells that bring daylight into the building's core.

Street-oriented units extend to a high-quality public realm, and the building's design encourages opportunities for community members to connect. Within easy walking distance of Primary Transit Network Corridors and Main Streets—33 Avenue SW and 14 Street SW—LIFE focuses on fostering an inner-city, urban culture supported by great community amenities and destinations.
