Located in the community of West Springs on Calgary’s west edge, Gateway is a placemaking vision that seizes the opportunity to change the trajectory of development along a suburban neighbourhood corridor.

The comprehensive 95-acre West District Master Plan consciously trades sprawl for urbanism on the last large parcel of land yet to be built-out on Calgary’s west side.
West District
Fully integrated with residential and commercial uses flanking all sides, and sized at a generous 8.4 acres, it serves not only as a local gathering space, but also as a city-wide destination.

Riverwalk is a unique age-in-place seniors rental residence located in the inner-city community of Cliff Bungalow, just steps from 4 Street SW — one of Calgary’s most vital Main Streets.
